The African Mailman: The Rhythmagic Orchestra is an All-star project featuring members of the Nostalgia 77 Octet, the Plumstead Radical Club, the Alex Wilson Band, Jazz Jamaica and Ska Cubano - between them they’ve played with innumerable Jazz and Latin greats, and have the chops to prove it!

Paying tribute to the giants of Afro-Cuban jazz like Dizzy Gillespie, Chano Pozo and Machito, the orchestra’s first 12″ release sees the band work their magic on some Jazz Dance classics and forgotten masterpieces - timeless grooves that are proving a hit on jazz dancefloors the world over!
